It is this trust deficit that has made leadership, or the lack of it, a growing challenge in recent times. This is why your role in the world today is crucial. You have something that puts you in good stead for leadership. You have the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
The challenge for today’s leadership... is to truly recognise the power of the people to make a difference and to create the enabling environment that will allow for the flourishing of individual potential – making it easy for personal ideas to become viable businesses, investing heavily in infrastructure and in the education of the people.
